What is the cancellation policy?
For short-term bookings (less than 15 days), a 100% deposit refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance. A 50% refund will be granted if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. For cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date, the hotel will offer to hold the deposit and allow rescheduling of the stay (subject to availability) within one year. However, within 3 day of the check-in date, no deposit refund or rescheduling will be offered.
For long-term bookings (over 15 days), a 100% deposit refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the check-in date. If the cancellation is made at least 15 days in advance, the hotel will offer to hold the deposit and allow rescheduling of the stay (subject to availability) within one year. However, for cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in, no deposit refund or rescheduling will be offered.
